Questions we hear often.

How does everyone add to the book?+

We give you a link to send to friends and family. They open it, add a photo, and write a personal message for the person receiving the book.

Will contributors see each other's messages?+

No. Every contribution is submitted privately and is only brought together in the finished book.

What happens if someone doesn't submit?+

Diovi reminds contributors before the deadline. The book is created from the contributions that come in.

Can someone submit without a photo?+

We're finalizing this. Our guidance today is one message and one photo per person.

How long does the whole process take?+

Most books arrive about 14 days after you start: friends and family have 7 days to add their messages and photos, we take about 3 days to design and print the book, and shipping takes around 4 days.

Can I review the book before it is printed?+

We're still confirming how proofing will work for early books, and we'll be in touch directly with you.
